Adding Mistral's regional endpoints to Lowrouter taught us something: a EU model doesn't automatically keep your data in Europe. Mistral's default API is global, with no commitment on where requests run. For EU data residency you need their EU endpoint, at 10% more: docs.mistral.ai/inference/re...
