as a metalhead, i tried listening to kreator for the first time ever yesterday by far one of the most miserable music experiences i've ever had the displeasure of going through. pleasure to kill sounds like it wants to be reign in blood, but to avoid being too mainstream they make it sound awful

some useful tips for stuff like that: - always be moving. make sure to get plenty of colas and goat hooves to increase movement/sprint speed. take advantage of movement skills to skirt danger - aoe items and moves always help. enough ukuleles means if you've killed one enemy, you've killed them all

probably not a hot take, though i can understand that there are some games where flashing lights are part of the game's allure (see ultrakill or basically any anime game) and many aspects of the artstyle could be quantified as that, which may make a reduction option difficult. hard agree with u tho.
