Vast majority of autistic people I've met though have been very high functioning autists, I know that as a spectrum people's needs can really vary on this front.

For better or worse I don't treat anyone differently that I know who have autism I accept it as an explanation for odd behaviors but otherwise treat them the same as anyone else The only time I might handle something differently is if they explicitly request it, like if they ask for tone indicators

Imagine if instead of Black2White2, we got Ultra BlackWhite Which retold the story but severely pulled back on N's story and instead focused on Ghetsis and retooled the story to focus on his shenanigans with Kyurem, while removing the parts of the story involving how he groomed N for his purposes

Looking at Ultra Moon in a vacuum and not comparing it to the vanilla game, the new Necrozma-centered story would rank it to be a pretty run of the mill generic Pokemon game story, significantly worse than Unova, and arguably worse than Hoenn and Kalos. Probably closer to Kanto if I'm being honest.

Perhaps this could have been the plan, but time constraints or a lack of enough ideas to justify a full sequel lead to it being a modification of the original games. Either way, Sun was up there with Gen 5 as my favorite stories in Pokemon and Ultra Moon was extremely disappointing by comparison.

By making the plot revolve all around Necrozma it killed everything interesting the original had going for it. It feels like it would have been far better as part of a sequel plot, like B2W2, where the original Sun and Moon story remains intact and Ultra Necrozma happens sometime afterward.

Having played Sun and Ultra Moon back to back I have to say I'm extremely frustrated with Ultra's story. They didn't change much, but they gutted all of the best parts of the original story and robbed it of its emotional core.

He didn't exaactly both sides it. He opened with October 7th, to show he recognizes that event was a problem, but then he correctly identifies that the response has been disproportionate and unjustifiable. The word disproportionate I feel like recognizes one side as being worse here

Yeah I've never been fond of how you have to actually enter a menu in FF games to pause it, rather than just pausing on your turn It seems like an unnecessary step

How do you feel about ATB wait systems? Where you have all the time to make your choices but ATB determines turn frequency based on character speed?

My big advice is to take up Edison Format YuGiOh, it's a retro format based on YuGiOh circa 2010-ish and it has enough complexity to feel cool and be engaging and allow for self-expression but is still at a point in its life where the game is very approachable

I need to clarify that while this art direction gives me AI vibes, I'm not saying that this is what they actually did. I still genuinely hope and largely believe that Nintendo would value their own craftsmanship too much to model their direction off AI. It just looks about what I'd expect from AI.
