I tried to discuss this with a local knitting group, and they thought it was wonderful. 🤷‍♀️

Has that man seen Fox News? I vividly remember nonsense segments about "Mom jeans" and how preferring "fancy mustard" made you a terrible person who is completely unrelatable to normal Americans. They excel at being mean just for the sake of being mean.

Happy #Caturday from me and Daisy! She gave me quite a scare this week. Upset stomach, wouldn't eat, and clung to me like Velcro. She finally turned the corner and started eating again on Thursday. I can't put into words how relieved I am.

I had so much fun at Fiber Fun in the 'Sip in Vicksburg, MS this weekend. I haven't been to a fiber festival in a of couple years. It was nice to escape reality for a bit.

Pink cartoon sheep knitting bag, skein of Mardi Gras inspired green, gold, and purple yarn, two hexagon circular sock knitting needles, a blue scrunchie dyed with indigo, three packages of seeds, a skein of deep purple Shaniko wool, a skein of bright pink Shaniko wool

An adorable and very friendly fluffy white Angora rabbit named Cypress

Purple Yarn Adventure yarn truck. Like a food truck, but for yarn. Display of spinning fiber, hand dyed yarn, and an electric spinning wheel

Yes, and they showed up the next morning at 8 am to get everything. I was still pretty much in shock and hadn't even told all of her friends yet.

My Mom passed away unexpectedly. She had a home oxygen machine through Medicare. The oxygen company called the next working day to schedule pickup. I hadn't even finished making her arrangements or told everyone at that point. The government notification process is insanely efficient.

Adopting a bonded pair of cats was the best decision ever. They were dropped off at a local shelter with 8 kittens. They raised their kittens together and are now enjoying retirement together.

I need mine to keep living, but his message doesn't even make sense. Suddenly, we have money for wellness farms? But they want to take the Medicaid money that pays for the majority of senior citizens who live in nursing homes. How can that make sense to anyone.

S3 was so disappointing to me. I'm still not over it. S1 & S2 were so amazing. I ended up cancelling my Netflix subscription and only watching it once.

Everything we buy will just round up to the nearest multiple of 5 which means we will pay more. Pennies more, but still more.

We desperately need reliable sources of information. I rely on my government to provide information to keep me & my family safe. If people want to ignore scientists, cool for them. I wish them luck. But don't take away my access because others don't want to utilize factual information.

I have news for you - we aren’t taking over Gaza. But the media and the chattering class will focus on it for a few days and Trump will have succeeded in distracting everyone from the real story - the billionaires seizing government to steal from regular people.

One of my Senators went on Fox News to say that people who disagree with him can call someone who cares and they're taking the Dept of Education next. My other Senator caved and moved RFK through. I can keep hollering, but they don't care.

I've been escaping into cozy mysteries more and more lately. January actually turned out to be a really productive reading month for me. If you've read Mango, Mambo, and Murder by Raquel V. Reyes, I would love to chat. I still have very big feelings about her husband. 🤨 #BookSky #CozyMysteries
