Proud of this one. A week of GCSE exams & anxiety has been HIGH. Today she did her first stint at volunteering for @breakcharity.bsky.social - it was a challenge she said (lots of masking her autism & anxiety) but ,after a much needed power nap on the way home, said she’d like to do it again.

So Dick and I keep discussing surnames as both of us don’t want to keep our family names (or my ex husbands!). My sister suggested Whittington over Xmas, the maiden name of my Grandma (the inspiration behind The Memory Book) and Dick is now delighted at the idea of being Dick Whittington! 😅
