I have come to make an announcement! Its not done yet. Not even halfway through. But I'm actually rather happy with the progress so far and I hope that I've actually improved once its finished #writing #animatedseries #scripts

I have no idea when episode one will get done. If I don't procrastinate and actually focus on it, it should take... maybe a month or more to get done. Episode two should take less time to get written since its going to be shorter #Calamity #writing #animatedseries

Okay I've got an oc based question If your oc had access to pokemon and used pokemon, what team of pokemon would they have (you can also just chose one partner pokemon for them) the only rule is no legendary's or mythics unless they fit really well #pokemon #oc #question

Does anyone know the artist behind these? I really like their art and I want to be able to credit them when using one of their moth drawings as a pfp

If you could have a team of pokemon irl, either for battling or just to have as pets ig, what would you have? (You can choose some legendary's, but not box art or specifically arceus) #pokemon

Why are you not able to edit your posts on bluesky? Its honestly annoying because you'll have situations where you accidentally make a typo and don't realise it until its too late. But while yes you can just delete the post and fix it. There might be situations where you don't see it till way later

I'm sick of the government over in america. And in the uk aswell. Trump thinks he can do whatever he wants with no consequences, but guess what bitch, everyone's actions will have an outcome, an outcome you cannot escape. No matter how fast you run, you're actions will be your downfall.

I'm fucking sick and tired of this. WHY DOES ICE EXIST? THEY ARE LITERALLY KILLING PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN! Its PATHETIC. The people working for ICE have no right to be a human being. And if you support ICE. There is seriously something wrong with you. #fuckice

I'm going to be honest with you all. Doubt any of you would even care about the shit I post anyways. I am becoming tired of everything. My mental health has not been good at all lately. I've been extremely stressed. My family has been making me feel worse.

Got legends ZA recently, its actually very fun! I love the story, the new megas are cool! This is my team so far, I just beat the poison type guy and ranked up to rank C :3

LotusDoesthings @lotusdoesthings.bsky.social · 24/12/2025

Why did heatran get a mega evolution? Out of all pokemon, all legendary's for that matter, they chose heatran? I mean atleast he serves a purpose now. The gaping mouth reminds me of guzzlord a bit, also why does he look fat? Haha, they made him chonky :3

LotusDoesthings @lotusdoesthings.bsky.social · 21/12/2025

I'm a little late to talk about this, BUT WHY ON EARTH DOES MEGA STARMIE LOOK LIKE THIS 😭😭 "No, this is Patrick" looking ahh I will admit that the way it runs is actually really funny though

Uhh.. small update on Calamity.. I'm not going to be writing episodes until the pilot is released. As I want to hear the community's feedback on the pilot and see what I should improve on for future episodes. Plus I don't really like writing episode 2 at the moment.

100

LotusDoesthings @lotusdoesthings.bsky.social · 23/06/2025

I just want to clarify for anyone who isn't aware. But Calamity and @parinaldproduction.bsky.social are my account and project. Most of you all probably already know, but I just want to let more people know that I am the owner of my original series Calamity

So... the pilot is being rewritten. I need to fix some mistakes I had made while also making some new changes. I also want to make it longer. As the original had 6000-7000 words but I want to reach a higher amount

So recently I've finished a romance story about two of my characters from my animated series, it will become an official episode in the future. And I can't share it because I don't want to show any scripts to the public yet

LotusDoesthings @lotusdoesthings.bsky.social · 30/05/2025

Oh and something very important, Calamity now has an official design! I won't show it off as I'm not sure if the artists behind the design would want me to post it onto any social media

Hey! Do you think it would be fun to have atleast one invincible title card gag reference in Calamity? As the main character is.. well... Calamity, so.. do you think it would be fun to have an invincible title card gag?

LotusDoesthings @lotusdoesthings.bsky.social · 26/04/2025

Hi! So I've been doing some writing to help myself, and it is working! I feel a little better. The stories I'm writing are either personal or are only for my close friends to see, so unfortunately none of you will get to see my works, sorry.

000

LotusDoesthings @lotusdoesthings.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

I'm so desperate to just end it all. Nothing matters anymore. I'm pointless to this planet. My friends try to help. But I just keep getting worse. Why? Don't try anything. In the end. It's all pointless. People don't realise the last time they see or be with someone.

Exciting news everyone! We have another writer for the series, so the writing for Calamity will speed up. Also, the Pilot's script is nearly complete. It just needs to be worked on a little more to hopefully fix the pacing.

You know, out of everything in this universe, moons are probably my favourite out of the celestial objects, they're just so nice, we even visited our moon, although we haven't done that since, which is unfortunate

So I was looking on my ngl, and realised that all of the anonymous messages, were from the ngl team, which I find annoying, because I would prefer being asked things by other people, not most likely ai generated stuff from ngl itself

Yes, but luckily I've never seen them, although there is a few people I hate that I am still dealing with, but luckily I will not have to deal with them soon
