They're both as guilty of taking ages to follow obvious ideas that have been successful: Marvel took ages to bring in Compendiums or the Compact Comic line. DC took ages to bring in their version of the Epic Line with the Finest line.

The Compendiums and the finest books are the best thing DC has done in it's trades and it makes sense for Marvel to copy the Compendiums

Yeah the price is the big reason why the compendiums are a success and I just feel that Marvel will ignore those lessons. However I might be wrong as DC's omnis can be more expensive than Marvels so we shall see. But overall it's a good thing they're doing them

I'd say alongside IP he'll devalue entire departments of Warners. HBO will probably be his biggest victim the one brand that has really survived all the other buyouts.

Oh I would not be shocked at all if Netflix is already preparing bids for the parts of Warners they wanted for when - and I'll say when not if - Paramount sells off their company in parts. The only issue is what will be left to actually buy

Well it didn't take long for the mask to drop.

In 2014 FOX was going to make a show called Hieroglyph. The title tells you it would've been based in Ancient Egypt. This is the only picture I think ever released for the show. Yeah it looks so cheap.

I mean sure. Issue is that people know that a lot of Marvel's comics don't last past 10 issues so you kinda need to change that first.
