Oh Hello! In Neon Shadows you create your city with the other players. There is a "How did we get here" and a history to help, but the rest is up to you. There is even a blank map and it is encouraged that you continue to add to it as the story goes @empathicgrimm.bsky.social is the creator of DICE

There is a legend that says there is a train for those who are desperate for an escape from their old lives, no matter who they are. Businessmen at the top of their game and those lost in the bottles at the bars alike have all gone to the old train yard, and not returned. The whistles of the train echo through the night and it's light cuts through the fog of the tracks.
Some say it’s demonic work, the devil sends a train to collect those foolish enough to fall for the trap, others simply believe it is an urban legend something mothers tell their children about when they are being naughty.

…And here you stand…

Why? That’s yours to answer. Maybe you’re running from an unhappy marriage, maybe you’re trying to escape the shackles of the factory work, or maybe you just want something different. Whatever the reason, it seems that the legends are true, the train appeared and you and a few other passengers boarded it. Escape comes in different forms.
