At the end of vices I think his hairstyle would be sister locs Far longer and resembling how he's decided to look but the length is long because of all the years he's been alive, a way to keep track of time

Now onto Kyr our Antagonist for 3/4 of Vices. Unironically I think Kyrs tried a lot of styles over the years after escaping his imprisonment. He would have changed his hair every day and would eventually slowdown once he didn't really need consistent change. Art by @SketchesReshy

Now before Sabine was possessed by Kyr I think she used to wear it in an afro or curly mohawk. To match her being the first rebellion to pose a threat to Kyr and Nyms regimen and it really shows the difference in her character of who she was before that rebellion failed
