The Cult of the Silver hunt the gate shards for Cantor Polaris. Cantor is a fabulously wealthy, and fabulously eccentric noblemouse with snow white fur and golden eyes. Famous for his lavish parties, Cantor hordes secrets and memories.

Despite a staid and regal façade, the Council of Buhgermice are a constant swirling mass of political intrigue. Billious Pitt currently stands with as Mayor, but who knows for how long. The Fuzz, Junk City's police force nominally keeps the peace. Their badges say "justice". Sometimes it happens.

Really love this succinct table of creature stats for Mausritter. It's basically the checklist I have in my head when designing creatures, but very useful to have it laid out like this.

They’re just drawn in Procreate on the iPad. Then I pop them into photoshop and put the lines/fill/highlight layers into the RGB channels of an image, which then gets used in the shader to render each layer with the appropriate color

It started with the discovery of a huge nest in Antwerp, in the courtyard of a hospital, which was spotted by one of the patients. High up in a tree, magpies made a huge nest of up to 1,500 metal spikes. For this particular nest, birds have pulled as many as 50 meters (150 feet) of anti-bird pins from the eaves. “An impregnable fortress”, says Hiemstra, “because the magpies appear to be using the pins exactly the same way we do: to keep other birds away from their nest.”
