As a months-long blockade by armed groups is finally lifted, the IRC is responding to huge needs in Léré, northern Mali. Food insecurity driven by the restrictions was exacerbated by severe flooding last year. The IRC is currently the only NGO operating in the area. www.rescue.org/press-releas...
