No lie, I was going through some real rough stuff when this line found me. I didn't know what I was doing with my life, if anything I did had value, all the regular existential nonsense. This one line has been my guiding star. It's a big part of the reason I work in special education today.

Besides, the job of the older generations (whether or not they *do* it) has always been to give love and support for the younger. And Lord knows younger me really could've used that.
