TW: pet illness Update on Lynn. She did not like the vet on Saturday but the vet thinks she likely just had a bad hairball which irritated her stomach. She's on a short round of antinausea meds and new foods for now. Starting to be more interested in food overall. Who knew cats could be food adverse

Evaluators also noted hallucinations that could impact patients' health. For example, the submitted notes included statements that there were 'no masses found' or that there was presence of anxiety in the patient, although this information was not discussed in the recordings." The second shows that "Evaluators found that notes generated by 12 of 20 (60%) AI Scribe systems captured a different drug than what was prescribed by the doctor." The third is about missing or incomplete information, stating "Notes generated by 17 of 20 (85%) AI Scribe systems missed key details about the patients' mental health issues in at least one of the two tests, even though this was mentioned in the simulated recordings. In addition, six of 20 (30%) vendors' system-generated notes missed the patients' mental health issues fully or partially or were missing key details about those issues across both tests."

I almost forgot to do this, but I can finally do a #FinishedFriday ! I finished the cleaned-up sketch of Bayonetta I was working on as a donated commission. I may have let my perfectionism make this take longer than it should have, but I learned a lot and I'm happy with the end result.

Photo from the sugar bush trip. Got to taste sap straight from the tree! Tastes mostly like water. Also learned you can apparently make syrup from black walnut trees, but it's incredibly expensive because it's about 120:1 (ish) gallons of sap to syrup produced.

#WIPWednesday 3 WIPs since it's been a bit. First is a token for my OC Adrian, mostly done the rough outline aside from his curly hair. Second is a very rough first stage for a fanart commission. Third is Aid where I've started working on the details before moving onto the smooth line art.

Not sure if #WIPWednesday is a thing or not but in an effort to post more of my artwork, I'm going to make it happen for me! Worked a bit on this piece of my character Aid today on stream. Still playing with the pose/anatomy, but I am happy with how far my art has come overall in the last year.

Completed a first commission for a friend @reynbowvt.bsky.social recently of her elf rogue character! We did not realize until part way through the line art phase that this is similar to Frieren pose from a while ago. Still playing around with how I want to do my signature/watermark for my posts.

Posting some of the stuff I've actually finished recently! Emote for stream is done, and I've been able to make the channel points icon and a reward icon as well. Watermarked, unfortunately. First, the emote. I had to crop it to just the head to work as an emote.

Waiting for a train to go visit some friends. I regret putting the box of masks near a scented candle. Despite the lid on the candle, and the candle not having been burned ever, the mask has a fairly strong sweet smell. Hopefully it fades.

Day 4's sketch for @adorkastock.com 's #DrawEverythingJune2025 challenge! Decided to draw my tiefling bard, Aid, who is currently going through it in the DnD campaign I play her in. Marked as suggestive, but she's fully covered, just wearing lingerie.
