"I just had a hunch jiejie would like it. I'm glad I was right."

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 03/03/2025

"Always?" he laughs, smiling brightly as a man in love can. The goddess' giggles are like music to his ears as the swing picks up speed, and Hua Cheng is reminded of a similar scene from the distant past when they were both young and on a much, much different standing.

Hua Cheng holds the swing steady by the ropes while Xie Lian gets on it and then gets into position behind her, ready to gently push her into motion. "How is it? Comfortable?"

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 02/03/2025

"I'm glad jiejie likes it." The ghost turns to face her with a similar look softening his sharp features. "Now all that remains is for it to be tested out. Would jiejie like to be the first one to try?"

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 28/02/2025

Hua Cheng's craftsmanship also extends to other materials and constructs aside from stonework. This time he's built an elegant swing that hangs from a sturdy branch that can easily support a grown man's weight. He tugs at the ropes to make sure they are fastened properly.

"Jiejie..." Hua Cheng hums softly, his eye twinkling as he lifts the goddess' chin up to look at himself. "There is nothing to be ashamed of. These things are very normal, and I want jiejie to always feel comfortable speaking of her needs and desires with me."

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 04/01/2025

He's the very definition of smugness as he scoops his wife close to himself, holding her by the waist. "Now...I'm very happy about the results, why is my darling wife being so shy~?"

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

He smiles. "And I did. Though it took some time." "I guess old habits just don't die that easily."

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

"I spent countless nights just like this, wondering if somewhere jiejie was looking at these same stars. Each time vowing it would be the last without me knowing where you were. I never lost hope for I knew you were there, somewhere, and that meant I would find you no matter how long it took."

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

"I'm sorry to have woken you..." As if as an apology, his arm finds its place on Xie Lian's waist as gentle lips brush over the goddess' brow. "I'm fine. There's no need to worry. I was just...thinking." He pauses, lifting his eye to the skies once more.

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 29/12/2024

Hua Cheng would recognize the approaching presence in his dreams so he's not surprised by the warm touch of a hand between his shoulder blades, felt clearly through the fabric of his garment which is light with barely any decorations — clothes for sleeping. "Jiejie...it's late. Can't you sleep?"

A pleasant breeze passes through the terrace where a figure clad in red can be seen, gazing at the heavens.

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 28/12/2024

A new moon. A moonless night, it is also called. A time of despair, lack of inspiration and darkness as many see it. And yet, they all forget that it is also the time the stars can be seen most clearly.

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 27/12/2024

🖋️ And the reason I came to wonder about this: saw that "nsfw facts" thing about one's muse going around and was debating if I wanted to do it, and suddenly it's like I could feel my HC glaring daggers at me... 💀 So, no, he won't answer those (publicly).

010

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 27/12/2024

🖋️ It's so weird sometimes because I can be reading something completely unrelated and suddenly I can 'hear' one of my muses comment on it from the back of my head😅

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 27/12/2024

🖋️ Out of curiosity, do you 'hear' your muse 'talking' to you often? Because I feel I actually do. They each have very distinct mannerisms and speech patterns, and each have their own 'voice' by which I can tell who's speaking.

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 27/12/2024

He stands before one of the larger sculptures, eyeing it with his arms crossed. Regardless the subject of it and to his displeasure, he really can't fault its craftmanship. "Oh? So you do actually have a shred of artistry in you. Pretty good."

000

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 27/12/2024

Hearing the steps getting closer and guessing it was now okay for him to come in, he's just in time to stretch out an arm to catch and help steady his lover before she could fall. "Careful! I do want to see what jiejie has come up with but not if it means you'll hurt yourself in the process!"

010

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 27/12/2024

He turns to pull the goddess into a loving hug. "Why wouldn't I? It's something jiejie worked hard on, of course I like it!"

010

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 26/12/2024

His fingers brush over the hilt of the cursed blade by his hip, causing the vivid red eye on it to blink open and fix its gaze on He Xuan.

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 26/12/2024

"Oh? Could it possibly be that we are close to agreeing on something?" He smirks. "Well, almost, anyway. I do still find some idiots to be more easily convinced by the sight of a blade."

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 26/12/2024

Stunned, he steps closer to admire the needlework, long fingers tracing the fine pattern. "Jiejie...this is beautiful. I will wear it proudly."

010

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 25/12/2024

Heaving a soft sigh, the ghost crosses his arms and leans casually against the wall to wait. "Please hurry. It is lonely in this corridor." A brief smile crosses his lips. He's only teasing but...at the same time not.

010

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 24/12/2024

Having been denied, he stays courteously away so as not to see what Xie Lian was up to, but a voice suddenly rings through their shared communication array. One can practically hear the pout in it. "Jiejie... Your San Lang is spoiled and doesn't want to wait."

010

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 24/12/2024

He shrugs. "A mind can be as deadly a weapon as any blade if you can use it. I prefer to keep mine sharp. I thought you of all people would understand...perhaps I'm giving you too much credit?"

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 24/12/2024

"Oh~?" A curious, almost child-like shimmer appears in his eye. "Don't worry, gege. I assure you I will like anything that you would think of gifting me. In fact, I can hardly wait to see what it is."

000

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 24/12/2024

(He's impatient and sneaks one of his wraith butterflies around the corner to take a peek.)

010

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 24/12/2024

Is there a reason it cannot be both? I merely stated facts, but take it as you will. Either way it only tells about your character how you choose to see it.

🖋️ 4. Not a big fan of multiplayer games honestly...I play almost exclusively solo 😅 But if I had to pick one, I'd say the original Super Smash Bros for N64. I like to think I'm fairly good at it.

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 23/12/2024

🖋️ YOU KNOW KINGDOM TOO??? 😳 Oh my god, I've been /begging/ my irl friends to watch it but none of them have as of yet. The plot has me firmly in it's grip. And, of course, always happy to meet more Dgm people~ it's one of my dearest and longest obsessions! ❤️

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 23/12/2024

"Well... Most things I can get without a problem in an instant. But if gege wanted to make something by hand...that would be something that's one of a kind and special. I wouldn't say no to that."

000

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 23/12/2024

He presses the god even further to himself, resting his chin above Xie Lian's head and letting out a soft sound of contemplation that vibrates comfortingly in his chest.

100

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 23/12/2024

He chuckles gently before enveloping the white figure in his arms. "To have gege here, by my side, is enough. I don't need anything else."

000

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 23/12/2024

No. But you seem to often be conveniently at hand, so there's that.

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 23/12/2024

"There's a simple solution to that." He holds out a hand nonchalantly. "Pay it. Then it'll be no more."

000

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 23/12/2024

"Oh, but gege, you've already given me the best gift I could ask for."

It's snowing and people are making snow sculptures. Some are rather skilled and some are...less so. [share what your muse has sculpted]

🖋️ 3. While I have many that I like, for a movie I'll be boring and say the Lotr trilogy. Seen those countless times and still I could watch them once more. Anime is a harder one... Some of the following may not be rated highest on my list overall but they have stuck with me the most:

🖋️ 2. I'd say reading, drawing, cosplay and gaming. I'm a console gamer through and through, and mostly prefer retro games ✌️I also love going foraging for mushrooms in the Fall.

🖋️ 1. Here? Rp, obviously 😅 Might retweet art once in a while. I try to keep timeline rp minor friendly, meaning no explicit nsfw interactions at the very least, but Hua Cheng can be very rude at times. Any nsfw will take place privately, minors will not be entertained.

He's been informed that a suspicious person has been apprehended and is currently being brought in for questioning. What could they be doing in his city?

010

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 29/11/2024

He chuckles. "I do indeed have someone I am hoping will accept my invitation." His eye has a playful glint in it as he takes a step closer, offering his hand towards Xie Lian. "Does gege have an idea who it might be?"

A new condola he's commisioned is ready to set sail. Aside from himself, there's room for one more passenger.

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 27/11/2024

He waits expectantly of what the goddess' next actions would be with only the corners of his mouth curling up as her finger traces his lip. A hum almost escapes him and his eye flickers playfully, and when his lips are caught in the kiss it doesn't take him long to turn the tables and take the lead.

It might even be entertaining watching them trouble their heads trying to keep up with all the stories they've thought up about me.

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 27/11/2024

even more trash about each other which, wouldn't you say, make them more or less "stalkers" themselves? So they can go on naming me whatever they like. I don't care.

110

Hua Cheng @lordghostking.bsky.social · 27/11/2024

(He cocks an eyebrow) The way I see it, the importance of a matter is subjective. Being by His Highness' side is important to 𝘮𝘦 - why should I care what others think? Most of them are trash not worth giving a thought about anyway, and all they do is spy on and talk

to find the most unsatisfactory parts the city had to offer. Nevertheless, it was always a joy to be reunited with Her Highness. "Jiejie, don't bother yourself with them too much. This lot never had manners to begin with."
