After acquiring Glassdoor, the job site Indeed is showing its claws with updated TOS arbitration language.

Indeed website posts a pop-up when accessing the site:
UPDATES TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICES
Please be sure to review our updated Terms of Services (Terms) . Please note that these Terms include an updated Arbitration Agreement. The Arbitration Agreement has a class action waiver. This means you agree to resolve any disputes related to your use of Indeed or its vendors through binding Arbitration rather than in court.
The Arbitration Agreement also explains how to opt out of arbitration and the deadline for doing so after accepting these Terms.
By clicking Accept Terms, you agree to accept the updated Terms of Service.
