// Also sorry that I lied last week and said I'd be back writing. I instead took the week for introspection. I really hate that I keep setting up big plots and then never finish them or even more cruelly actually start them. I have thousands of words written for a prologue to an event I'm not -

No just noting that after a 100,000 of not but a whisper of the Forerunners, you've all decided now is that apparent time for your return. You're the third I've met. Fourth or fifth one I know of.

I've dealt more disrespect and vitriol than you can possible imagine. I don't care that you call me old, insult how I look and so on. I care because you say it while wearing that uniform. I care that it demeans you and everyone around you. I care about it because you don't seem to at all.

010

Admiral Lord Hood @lordadmiralhood.bsky.social · 15/06/2026

You joked about shooting me once. You insult me frequently. In personnel and demeaning ways. Does it really surprise you that, such actions make me want to not turn a blind eye to you?

010

Admiral Lord Hood @lordadmiralhood.bsky.social · 15/06/2026

I need some form of entertainment. This more than fulfills it. Besides if I was around more I would be forced to spend my day issuing nothing but court martials to most of the ship for an incredible lack of disciple or respect for most regulations. Can't exactly have that now can we?
