Final area of Control Resonant is maaaaaybe the coolest area I've seen in a game. Navigating around it has put a stupid grin on my face. Game rules so much.

Cleaned through my wardrobe with Celeste’s help and took a lot of psychic damage from clothes that no longer fit, but at least I got a couple of new items in the mail today that do fit (Bonus: Kirby eating dinner)

Watched my girlfriend’s brother run a marathon today, and my brother and I have Edward/Alphonse Elric sweatshirts coming in mail today. Happy October 3rd

Long weekend of entirely yard work and deconstructing most of my deck other than the frame, but I finally have a yard I’m not ashamed of and a deck ready for contractors to fix

Landed on Malice for my first IAR draft because I kept seeing glue pieces and then just… did not get allies. So I decided to pivot and go Fatigue Malice, and ended 2-1 :) Only loss was to a Vis who killed me for exact lethal with Runechants using the last card in deck.

If you don't want to deal with hosting Calibre-Web, I think you can just use Calibre on your computer and then download a plugin that lets you send books to your Xteink (if you're running CrossPoint OS on it)!

Tyler Luce @looseleaftea.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Calibre is pretty easy to get up and running! Just download the app, start dropping in books, and editing metadata! I use this for hosting my Calibre library on a Raspberry Pi as well: github.com/janeczku/cal...

I just got it in the mail and finished installed CrossPoint on it! I'm very excited. I even have it hooked up to my Calibre Web server that runs on my Raspbery Pi so I can download from the OPDS server :D

It’s Celeste’s birthday weekend so most of my time is hanging with her, but was able to get out to one IAR prerelease and had a blast going 2-1 on Levia. Lost my 1 game in a hilarious whiff that exploded me for exact Blood Debt damage. No real spice other than worst marvel in the set, but had fun!

I've been having a bad time at work the past few weeks (and overally kinda mentally), and I got an email today that TCGPlayer is revoking my API access for... some reason? Which is gonna affect my ability to support TCGPlayer IDs on the data set and prices on TheFabCube. I'm tired.

Been working on a side project to test out some features/infrastructure so that I can backport them to TheFabCube, and after a week I finally resolved a nightmare DNS issue. It's like the world's worst digital itch has been scratched.

Thank you so much as well to @fabrary.net, @howlingmines.com, @fleshandpod.bsky.social, and @darth-prentiss.bsky.social for generously donating the special prizes! Means a lot that what was originally supposed to be a way to give away a spare set of promos turned into more ❤️

Raised over $435 brain cancer (some people understandably kept their donations private), so thank you ❤️ I don't normally post about my charity donations, but I will also be matching $500 to Duke.

All of IAR now up on the community #fabtcg data set. Thank you, as always, to @fabrary.net for helping with a massive chunk of the entry on this! Will be updating with TCGPlayer IDs and error fixes over the coming days, and then will try to have a new official release cut near IAR release :)

There's never been a better time to be a duckfeed patron. We just simplified everything so 7 bucks just gets you everything instead of having multiple tiers, and we're making some previously patreon only shows public. We've been doing a horror movie podcast for a while now and you're going to dig it

Delighted to have finally seen the Punch Brothers live after almost a decade of loving their music. Was also a very nice surprise for them to open their set with a mini-cover of Bon Iver’s “Woods”! I firmly believe the 5 of them are some of the most talented musicians alive.
