Today was a relapse/crash day for my #LongCovid I've been put on antibiotics a hydrocortisone cream for my stupid rash and after 2 years of insomnia my gp has finally given me something so I can finally get some sleep I must have looked rough as she doesn't give them out willy nilly

Good morning I have definitely had snowfall in my part of the world It sounds so beautiful under my feet when I walk. The crunching of the snow is such a wonderful feeling BTW for those that don't know I am registered blind but I don't live in datkness, I see colour blobs nd foggy images 💜

😂😂 the joys of having #LongCovid but if I don't laugh at myself I'll cry in a corner This illness has changed me my health is no better than it was in 2022 however I will wing it a smile There's quite a few famous sports people who have been affected by LC and #SirLH is one of them 💜💜
