THEY ARE SO FASCINATING because they're triplet sisters and all have wildly different personalities. They didn't get socialized enough until we got them around 6 months of age because the pandemic restricted volunteering at the shelter and they still display the results of that.

I actually own two Frazettas that ended up with my dad in a series of white elephant gift exchanges 😂 The first is The Apparition, the second The Berserker. I unironically love them both. Absolutely incredible artists.

I HAVE OFFICE So that ADHD brain has less to toggle through.

Just read a post that really validated one of my traits as an Autistic person and I feel really seen. As I was leaving the pool hall yesterday, I said goodbye to every single person I knew, regardless of if we'd interacted that night. Nobody else I know does this.

Reddit comment: I don’t know if irrelevant or not, but something I’ve been pondering: I’m finding it hard not to mask with brief encounters because as someone who struggles to be understood/validated etc, it’s a big hit when an interaction goes well and you know you came across likeable. I also tend to need to talk things out to process and because that helps that feels like good social interaction but I’m not sure how social that actually is. Also, it really got beaten into me to play nice/must play with generally other children and therefor adults. So part of my mask might be over investing socially because I’ve internalised that I must and that’s where my worth is. Anyway, perhaps not super relevant here but someone might relate.

Ok so most of my favorite bits from mu haul are the earrings. The dangly ones in pic 1 are for me once I convert to clip-ons. Pic 2 is some fun studs I might try to convert into cuff links because HOW FUN IS THAT?? My daughter took 2 or 3 necklaces and i have a few gifts for my sis. Def worth $35.

So many earrings! I hope tge 80s are still in fashion. It's all on my very messy desk, with some earrings pushed into a piece of cardboard. Some tiny jars of bits and bobs.

Trump’s "truth" social post is a millimeter away from being a threat of actual war vs a trade war and it should be treated as such. It is so long, even alt text can't handle it. But it mirrors threats Putin made against Ukraine before invading. Americans need to scream loudly against this.
