I feel so incredibly supported at work. My boss don’t play about me when it comes to a client talking out the side of their neck. She don’t care how much they pay. Disrespect is never tolerated. Now this goofy ass lady has to find a new person to handle her financials.

Y’all… this is from a job recruiter I know

They have Al listening to my question and then giving them an answer. Then try to tailor their answers to fit what Al told them to say. So their eyes are looking at the screen and they are tripping over words because they are trying to read and talk simultaneously. The answers are often long-winded.

Essentially, I asked "tell me about a time when you had to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner". She went into some long answer about the 3Ds (delegate, design, and something). She lost me. I wanted to scream "stop reading and just answer the question!!". It’s happened 2/3 interviews I have done so far.

In addition, when we recall information from our brain, our eye patterns are different than when are reading. So that's another obvious indicator.
