He would speak to the others. See if anyone was willing to go look for this lost person and bring them here first. Then Kaveh could guide them back to Sumeru City.

000

" Ah. " Kaveh didn't like this at all. " So there's another unarmed person stranded in the desert ? And I assume their clothing isn't much different from yours. " He knew it was none of his or the tribe's business, but he was far too kind hearted to let someone die in the desert. +

100

" No problem. You really shouldn't wander the desert alone though. You're unarmed and not appropriately dressed. "

000

What an odd man, Kaveh thought. Some kind of performer, perhaps ? Judging from his appearance. He leaned back onto his hands and looked off into the distance. Sand covering everything. For some, travelling the desert was a necessity. For Kaveh, it was now his home. +

100

Well, Kaveh wasn't going to tell anyone.

000

Shaking out sand from his shoes. Gosh darn it.

000

to also rest in the shade and handing him the water. " There. This should hydrate you and make you feel better. "

000

Well, Kaveh lived with several others. Roaming the desert alone was often the equivalent of a death sentence. Even for Vision bearers, who didn't come prepared. And he couldn't see a Vision anywhere on this man's person. He returned with a leather pouch of water, sitting down next to him +

there. and sometimes, he will draw his comrades who are always impressed by kaveh's work. he remains modest about it, saying " it's just a sketch, anyone can do it ".

000

kaveh hasn't abandoned his art, even now. he always carries a small sketchbook and a pencil with him, unless he's taken on a commission from either a private client or the adventurer's guild. most of the times, he will draw his surroundings in the desert. a little oasis here, a small plant +

both. Kaveh was quick to tell them not to worry about his guest and that he was lost in the desert and would likely suffer from the heat if left alone. He turned to the strange man. " Sit over there, in the shade. I'll bring you some water. "

000

" I would recommend that. This outfit isn't suitable for desert dwellers. " It was a little odd of an attire too ... Lots of glitter, that Kaveh didn't want on him. But to each their own, really. He headed toward the campsite with the strange man in tow. Several heads raising to look at them +

A perfect trade. Kaveh is pleased. ✨

000

Foxians ? Is that some kind of magical creature from outside Teyvat ? [ He keeps petting the fur slowly, avoiding the base of his tail as asked. Eventually, he removes his hand. ]

000

Well, as soon as he gets his Mora, he will leave.

000

[ Carefully petting the fur of the other's tail. ] It really is fluffy !

000

Will you let me pet your tail ? It looks so fluffy.

000

He won't say a word. As long as he gets his Mora, of course.

000

It was modest and clearly ready to be packed and moved if necessary.

000

" You really are not equipped for this kind of environment. " Kaveh noted, also noting how the other was struggling to walk in the sand. It would've been rather humorous, if he wasn't worried about the other dying from heatstroke. The campsite came into view a few minutes later. +

100

/ damn. also felt bc i have the same problem during summer.

100

the fruit of one's labour. kaveh had always been very giving, even when he didn't have any mora for himself. so this didn't seem odd to him from the very start.

000

any mora kaveh makes during trades, or as payment for mercenary services are not kept by him alone. the money is given to arash, his current father figure, and divided equally amongst the members of the tribe. some of it is kept hidden for emergencies, while everyone enjoys +

100

One million is a good sum. But Kaveh will push for a little more. How about one and a half ? Million, of course.

000

/ air condition ? or fans ? 😭 i feel tho. greece is extremely hot in the summer.

100

♡ for an interaction. length may vary.

030

@ideal-circumstance.bsky.social. He was walking in Kaveh's direction. Unsure if he had been noticed, Kaveh spun around and began walking back quickly. Hoping his old roommate wouldn't recognise him from the back.

000

missing. And he didn't particularly want to have to explain himself to his old friends. His life was very different now and he had something akin to a family, that he wasn't willing to give up. He was walking down a quiet alley when his blood froze. Right there, in front of him was +

100

His visits to Sumeru City were few and far between. He mostly took the time to travel there when he wanted to trade, or when nostalgia was too much to resist. He stayed clear of busy streets, wishing not to be noticed and potentially recognised. It had been so long since he had gone +

100

How much is the Harbinger willing to offer ? ✨

000

Kaveh is motioning at him to follow. Why was he travelling in the desert alone, anyway ? And in these clothes too ...

000

The one thing he misses about Sumeru City ? Late night drinking at Lambad's. Alas ...

000

He's stubborn and he's going to make himself sick. He should, at least, follow Kaveh back to the campsite, so he can sit in the shade for a little.

000

The Harbinger can always BUY Kaveh's silence. 🤭

000

/ i wrote learned instead of learnt because i was distracted. but i don't wanna redo the whole pinned. damnit.

000

Does the heat bother him ? He wears a lot of clothes ... That must be uncomfortable in the desert heat.

000

Kaveh might have noticed. Snickering.

010

/ i caved and made the au. i'll touch up on the carrd tomorrow cause it's past 1am and my brain is fried.
