The optional side-mission where Jack grabs the can of sea slugs for John was the moment I finally started shipping these two. I’m not sure if straight good guy-friends feed each other canned seafood, but whatever that was it made me ship them and I’ll keep craving more while waiting for the story expansion DLC.

Oh fuck yeah! The segment in the game where Jack and John run through the fiery neighborhood to grab the evidence (failed) and escape via the underground tunnels tripled my adoration for the dynamic. This whole thing left me with a billion questions…
