London Leathermen are looking for your unsung heroes, the people who make our London community what it is, to be the recipients of the Christian Hoffman Award – a historic title awarded for exemplary service to the London leather community. The award will be presented to the winner at The Leather Care Benefit was part of London Leather Weekend. Please note, as this is an award for unsung heroes, as such People who have held a title within the last 5 years are not eligible for nomination. This Pride Month we reflect on what Pride means to us at LLM. For many of our members and non-members leather is more than a style, a flag, or a community. It’s a home, a place where people have found friendship, love, belonging and chosen family. Pride exists because generations of LGBTQ+ people, including current and previous club members, refused to be hidden and refused to accept exclusion.
