445. Suspiria (1977) Weird as fuck but I vibe with it I think there are a little too many parts where it kinda drags and not a lot happens, but it's made up for by the strange but very artistic feel of the whole movie. A classic screamer for a good reason.

444 yes I counted wrong. Scooby-Doo! and the Gourmet Ghost Autopilot at this point tbh

442. Shimoneta (Anime) I absolutely love its message about the importance of sexual education and freedom, and how genuinely damaging it is when not treated as serious issue on today's world. But then the rape stuff starts happening and : (

441. Diminish (Act 1) I wasn't going to split this into two parts, but I need a proper break before continuing. I don't know how much of it is real, but nothing stops it from being genuine Its okay to miss her. Thank you for reminding me of that.

439. Freddy vs. Jason Yeah I'm thinking its still my favourite one out of both these series. There's just something magical about seeing Fredrick and Jahon finally meeting up and duking it out.

435. Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare Very happy to still enjoy this one! Freddy is the perfect blend of funny and scary here and basically all of the kills are super memorable. Overall, its a really good final installment to the main Nightmare series.

432. Swing Girls One of my new all time favourite movies. Its nothing more than a cozy little film about a group of girls (and a boy!) learning to find their rhythm and passion for music, with enough wacky shenanigans and silly character moments to keep your interest all through. Easy must watch!

431. A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child super freddy suuuuucks (he's the best part of the movie)

430. Pattern Recognition Neuro delivers once again! I do think it really stacks up to most of her songs like Never or Colourful Array, but its really heartwarming to see all the references to her history in the music video as someone who has followed her for a while now.

429. Friday the 13th Part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan I'm very happy this one at least lived up to my memories of it. Yeah, it's got PLENTY of issues, but idk man I have a really fun time with it. Sue me

428. Scooby-Doo! & Batman: The Brave and the Bold I have never watched Brave and the Bold, but this really raised my interest in it. I unironically kinda love how the DC cast is characterised in this movie, and if thats any indication of the whole show then I need to see it asap. Scooby is fine

427. Shadow vs Mewtwo One of the most beautifully animated and choreographed fights I have seen not just on this channel but on any screen to begin with. This is one for all the ages, holy shit it cannot be overstated.

130

Loka @lokabird.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

426. Watership Down (1978) It drags a little in some areas, which prevents me from calling it a masterpiece, but other than that... yeah. It's an equally harrowing and surprisingly beautiful movie who's message stands more important now than ever. Given its reputation, not what I expected at all.

423. Mashup Week Megamix: Losers Round 2 It's been a long journey hasn't it? Neil vs Ruler is one of the most insane things Nerdcore has ever produced holy fucking shit this whole tourney is worth going through just for that

121

Loka @lokabird.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

422. Pocket Monsters the Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back yeah so we watched it in japanese this time and it's pretty clearly the ideal way to do it, to the point where I think I like this movie now more than I ever did before. I love Mewtwo, and its story always hits me in the feels.

Loka @lokabird.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

421. Friday the 13th Part 7: The New Blood A lot less fun than I remember it actually being. Tina isn't really interesting enough for her psychic powers to make her an interesting character, and outside of Jason's design and the house explosion I struggle to remember much of it.

Loka @lokabird.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

Loka posting their art online? Apparently! It ain't often I actually enjoy the art that I make, but I had a sudden surge of motivation to draw my fav girl dressed as my other fav girl and REALLY like how it ended up 🫠 #DDLC #Natsuki #Killlakill

Natsuki from Doki Doki Literature Club wearing Senketsu from Kill la Kill.

420. Emperor of the North There's a pretty interesting movie here, a unique look at the worst of the great depression from the perspective of the homeless at the time. There's definitely a reason that a lot of people really vibe with it. I thought it was kinda boring

120

Loka @lokabird.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

419. A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: Dream Master Its got some parts I really like but also some parts I REALLY dont. Killing off the Dream Masters at the start of the movie is so stupid, but at least Freddy is at his best here.

412. A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors Its kinda fallen off since last time I saw it, but its still a pretty good time. This is where Freddy really starts becoming a quipping bastard and thats my preferred version of the character so you won't see me complaining.

408. Friday the 13th Part 6: Jason Lives Yeah, this watch kinda just cemented it as the best Friday movie and I don't really forsee that changing. Its the start of Friday really embracing the supernatural cheesyness that I love about it, and a great end to the Tommy Jarvis story.
