@techconnectify.bsky.social I just hope Slate will stick to the image they are building. "An easy to repair EV that doesn't collect as much data about its drivers as possible" almost sounds to good to be true.

I wonder if everyone up in arms against each other over AI or no AI just plays into tech billionaire's hands again. Every conflict between non-billionaires distracts from the fight against them, doesn't it?

[Gym (-)] @slothrop My coach just made me do them after I didn't for at least a year and I was suffering for two days after that xD

"Lilo and Stitch" is one of my favorite movies ever, I love it to bits. I've never looked at any of the foolow-up series etc., fearing it would just turn out to be a disappointing case of the extracting-money-by-making-it-a-franchise. Anyone who's watched more of it up to give me their opinion […]

I've started to archive some favorite series from youtube using yt-dlp and hooooboy that sure has become more difficult than in the good old days of yt-dl. Worth it, though - just because it's on yt, doesn't mean it's forever.

@quinn Not sure where, but I read a great article on Sam Altman being a pathological liar, citing people who used to work for him like "He would tell you something and 5min later, during the same conversation, claim he never said such a thing".

@drakulix I was at Food Town Fabryka Norblina for dinner and drinks with coworkers when we were there and I quite enjoyed it! Interesting place, broad variety of food.

@iode For the sake of completeness: An update messed up the SIM functionality, so definitely no longer a recommendation from me. I switched to Graphene.

A while ago, my beautiful wife taught me a piece of magic: You can charm support hotline workers by simply starting the call using the words "Thank you for taking the time to help me."
