Restricting press access while creating a government-run 24/7 “Trump TV” is an attack on a free press. In my view, this is straight from the authoritarian playbook: discredit independent journalism, restrict its access, then replace it with government-controlled messaging. Goebbels would love it.

There is a range of snacks, though. That's the key. Don't go cold turkey but substitute lower calorie things (ie like popcorn over cookies). My aunt put in a mini fridge in her room and keeps things like grapes in there for cravings.
