It is alive but exhausted. I roll a towel around the bird and keep it there, the bird keeps the eyes closed and rests. After 10 minutes I put the bird on the grass to let the sun dry them out and infuse them with light. 5 minutes after resting more, the bird perks up, flies away.

What else to do? I drive 30 min back to the rehabilitation center, "I have another one". I donate money again, they add the bird to the same form, and I drive back. Here video of the 2nd bird.

They put the bird in an incubator to warm them and reassured me it was the right decision to bring them in, because they were too small to regain their body temperature. Here is a video of the bird: eyes open and already singing coming into the rehabilitation center.
