sum I wanna make very clear here, playing off meta does in no way make you better or cooler than the meta players and vice versa. go cook up some crazy comps but it does get a tad annoying when I see people thinking they're somehow above the meta players for playing a bottom tier. do it anyway tho<3

Tempted to make a doc on coaching specifically for splatoon stuff. while I wouldn't consider myself the best coach ever I have spent the last 6 years of my life coaching tons of people. every time I see some awful coach ruin players with high potential it actually hurts.

Id be lying if I didn’t say part of the reason I stopped playing comp splatoon was because of how awful this community can be at times. I really wanted to try and make a comeback to comp but I just dont have the heart to go back to getting yelled at because me and my friends play the game different.

Its so cool seeing all my oomfs getting into pokemon champions. Been a long time VGC player and seeing the scene grow so rapidly is just so exciting. Even if the new game has some issues honestly im still having a blast, dont listen to all the haters on twitter the game is good.

Been super burned out recently of #compsplatoon but getting back into coaching is really helping me find my grove again. I think this is partially (or mostly) due to finding a really good group of players to work with and impart wisdom (autistic yapping) with. Really excited to see where things go.
