All that said, but LGBTQ+ is less of a huge topic for the Alt right than immigration is in Germany, so I think people just don't care about the contradiction. Not to say they don't have anti LGBTQ+ talking points, it's just not their main thing.

Iirc when she was asked about her relationship, given the party's stance on LGBTQ+, she said something along the lines of "yes I am gay, but I am not queer" As for her not living in Germany, "technically" her home in, Switzerland is just a second residence
