Percy @loafofpercy.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Sucks that after a week of constant streams and having a good time, going back to work kills my energy entirely. I'll get back to streaming somewhat shortly, I have something that I've been meaning to work on in the background finally starting to progress. ☕ Something new for the loaf~ ☕

honestly, this nintendo direct was just rereleases of games just on the switch 2 for the most part. My general opinion is real low for this one other than the last two reveals being Kingdom Hearts 4 and Ocarina of Time Remake. might unironically get a switch 2 purely for oot remake lol

the great feeling of waking up, walking out to the kitchen and noticing the time on the stove doesn't line up with the time on your phone and being confused for a solid two minutes before remembering that daylight savings is a thing. anyway, time for coffee ☕

you're right, I definitely gotta mess around with those options a bit more.

100

Percy @loafofpercy.bsky.social · 11/09/2025

SF6 has burnout which is when chip damage starts being a factor. Tekken has chip moves but you can't die from chip (it was also severely tuned DOWN cause chip damage is stupid) Guilty Gear has Full Guard 2xko you're just fucked and are actively punished for blocking. nice.

200

Percy @loafofpercy.bsky.social · 11/09/2025

oh, another thing chip damage in this game is like, actually stupid. you can link into everything really fast and you take continuous chip locking you down into a checkmate situation with no way out. THAT, in my honest opinion, needs to be outright removed or rethought.

Percy @loafofpercy.bsky.social · 11/09/2025

i'll definitely keep playing to see if any of my thoughts change, but these are my current thoughts after playing for give or take 10 - 12 hours. vi is 110% super fun to speed around in, her command back dash is what I'd want Ed's command back dash be like lmao but that's a topic for another time
