iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

LoafHue @loafhue.bsky.social · 24/08/2026

I wonder if I'd have an easier time drawing on a tablet that has a digital screen over my mouse. I just find I can't make the shapes I want, maybe I'm just not skilled enough to get them right. I don't know anymore. I'm tired of not being able to draw the same thing twice, I want to draw my girls.

17. Familiar 🌌💃✨ I had a really hard time being able to actually draw tonight, nothing came out looking right, so I decided to just go with old familiar and draw Alula's sister (who I still haven't named yet) I referenced a sitting pose so just imagine she has a chair arm. #art #doodle #oc #ocsky

16. Forearm 🧝‍♀️💪👩‍💻 Today I drew Jackie, an OC of @snqwblind.bsky.social! Her design is really cute, and I love her colour scheme! (Why do I keep torturing myself drawing multilimbed characters when I can barely draw regular anatomy as it is?) (I Forgor to put the image again..) #art #doodle #fanart

15. Mechanic ⚙️🔧🕷️ I've always wanted to draw @sirhoopsalot.bsky.social's engineer spider girl because I adore her design! Experimenting with just drawing/coloring roughly without caring about it being perfect has really helped me actually put mouse to canvas like this! #art #doodle #fanart

14. Rough 🕓✏️😓 I didn't have a lot of time tonight, but I saw this really cute design by @mintshader.art and tried my best to sketch em in the time I had! (I wanna draw them better in the future!) Human figures still aren't easy for me, but I like to think I'm getting better. #art #doodle #fanart

13. Mail 📮📦🐈 I am thoroughly addicted to the demo of Cat Mail Co. by @maracasstudio.bsky.social The game releases on the 9th, and I highly recommend it as it passed my 'can I make a spreadsheet for this game' test. Woah, maybe useful tags be upon ye #art #doodle #fanart #catmailco

I drew fanart for someone on a Magma Board, haven't finished a drawing in a while. Still not super confident in drawing people, but I think I did pretty okay.

I think my biggest limitation that makes me give up is hair. I've never found any good guides on how to draw it that fit my style. Everything else I've been able to replicate and tune to my own style, but never hair.

It's not fun to draw anymore.

I gotta update my Toyhouse, I haven't added any new art since like 2022 or something

I think I'm starting to get more comfortable with drawing the new head style/shape I've been working on. I don't think I posted the first time I tried it out when I was helping my brother sketch a character idea he had. So here's his gal Stella Mozzarella.

I am LATE. Because of anatomy being stupid and hard and I still messed it up but HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🍰🎉 I am a Maria fan for life (sorry that there's no shading, this would take an extra decade if I tried to figure all that out too) (I also totally didn't put the downscaled version first by accident)

And by soon I mean 3am on a Monday night because the next pixel peep is @variouspurple.bsky.social's C47! 🐈✈️ First name Callsign last name 47, no relation to the Agent. A jetpack and cat ears? Erm, I think Overwatch copied some homework (ignore that I couldn't fit the jetpack, I tried🥹) #pixelart

Should I post the pixel peeps separately for each post or continue to show the row as a whole?

Our third pixel peep is the royal demon of @pixelpaxel.bsky.social, Vola! 👑😈 Gotta love black sclera, I love em enough that I broke my usual 1 pixel per eye thing. (I've shot myself in the foot with the character size...) (Also I know the emojis are corny af but I find it fun to add) #pixelart

Next up with the pixel peeps we've got @miliorcorn.bsky.social's lovely Malva! 🐚📷 (I've been sat here for 5 minutes trying to think of a pun using 'Urchin' in it but I cannot for the life of me think of anything decent.) #pixelart

First OC of the pixel art peeps is @jdbuenol.bsky.social's Silky Redburrow. I friggin' love spider-themed designs. (Begging it doesn't crop weird cause I WILL scream if all I see is a brown line on yellow.)

I wanna revive drawing people's OCs like this, it was really fun.

Apologies for falling behind on the daily doodles, I started putting a lot of effort into one piece. Here's the WIP so far. Gonna have to make another new sister at the bottom so time to do more hairstyle research.

Man, I REALLY hope that a bunch of likes from one person show up as a single notification and not one for every like. Cause I’ve probably annoyed a lot of people if they are separate…

I feel like I’ve lost my imagination lately, thinking you these doodles have been difficult despite the simplicity. But I’ll keep trying for a daily doodle! I hope to include a character from each mutual current & future in a doodle at some point to show my appreciation!
