I empathise… I had works done in my building from August last year to early May this year and it was a nightmare 😭 the first few months they were doing super loud stuff like breaking concrete and lots of drilling etc…

You know, as a non-native English speaker, one thing I loved when moving to the UK is how much more relaxed people are with using people’s first names/nicknames in a professional environment. I can go by ‘Laeti’ instead of ‘Laetitia’ here without people being scandalised 😂
