I'm guessing the 'new' 500e will be on the STLA One platform, which was announced earlier in the year? Stellantis wouldn't use the Leapmotor A platform (which underpins the B03 and B03X), would they? Can you imagine the pushback if they did?! 🫣

It's a bigger issue the other way round. BMW are not building any EVs in the UK due to the tariff situation. It's cheaper to build them in China! It didn't stop BMW accepting millions of pounds of taxpayers' money, however!

It used to be very useful for going one stop back from Paddington so you could get on an eastbound H+C service towards the city! The Elizabeth Line has solved that issue.... Fun fact: the platform is used to speed gun trains on the mainline to make sure drivers are doing no more than 40mph!!

Morning @octopus.energy 👋 We've just taken delivery of a new Leapmotor EV, only to realise that it's not compatible with Intelligent Go! Ironically, our existing charger is from Pod, which also doesn't support IOG! Are there plans to support Leapmotor vehicles in the future?
