Thank you! I am definitely going to get a second opinion. I can't even get into my current endo because she never has openings. It's very frustrating.

BTW I don't know if the weight gain is a result of my hypothyroidism. I'm just making an educated guess. I suppose it could be from something else undiagnosed?

🎀 Lixa 💕 @llixa.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Yeah I have been on levothyroxine since 2020 when I was diagnosed, then liothyronine was added March of this year

🎀 Lixa 💕 @llixa.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

last year which is not healthy so like. I feel really defeated about it. sorry 4 rant I just weighed myself today and keep gaining

000

🎀 Lixa 💕 @llixa.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

because technically I was "not" prediabetic. But thats not fine! .1% away is nothing! I'm so frustrated from gaining 20 pounds over a combined 5ish years, and I try to eat well and exercise and it does not help. The only way I was able to lose some weight was not eating when I was rly depressed

100

🎀 Lixa 💕 @llixa.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

I'm frustrated bc I brought the weight gain up and was brushed off bc my bmi was "normal" even tho the weight gain imo is not. Then was brushed off when I said I had a foot injury and other things that make it hard to exercise. Then was told I was .1 away from being prediabetic but it was "fine"

🎀 Lixa 💕 @llixa.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

I need help but I don't know who to go to. I saw an endo back in March who put me on another medication that's not working. I can't get in to see her bc of how booked out she is and she wasn't v helpful in the first place. I am kind of at a loss though. I don't eat enough to cause this weight gain.

🎀 Lixa 💕 @llixa.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Does anyone on here have experience with having hypothyroidism and ongoing weight gain even if your levels are "normal"?

They had a freebie up for grabs so I asked if I could nab it. They said yes and transferred it, then a day later commented this on it. What did they message you about? Like I'm so grossed out by this person accusing me of sexualizing my minor characters

TFW you think your art has stagnated for a long time but you're proven wrong by touching up an old piece. Left is 2021, right is 2026- the difference is so much more stark than I imagined! Thank you Yote for commissioning this 2.0 ref sheet! #furryart #refsheet #coyote

If you automatically think a character (esp a minor that is clearly stated as such) is sexualized just because they wear a diaper or have a pacifier or whatever, that is fucked up. You are fucked for thinking that. I'm not being nice about this anymore, you need to look hard at yourself.
