This week, for their Read The Screenplay series, Deadline posted the script for KPop Demon Hunters. Read it now, and it's neat, though basically the film we got. But for an hour or two after the article went live, it pointed to an earlier draft. And there are some interesting things in that one. 1/?

The JW sketch of 1M6 Ren’s Entrance appears to confirm this, too (references to “red thing” and “spiders”)

I can confirm this was filmed, because JW’s sketch for 2M2 Fixing The Helmet includes the notes “sword” and “head off”

Tired: Shawn Levy should pair Russell Crowe with Ryan Gosling in his Star Wars film, recreating The Nice Guys. Wired: Shawn Levy should get Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, and bring back Kerri Russell to recreate the mid 90's Mickey Mouse Club. youtu.be/kaIe2FUlrlU?...

I recently got my hands on a shooting schedule from near the start of principal photography for Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker. The first two acts are similar to the final film, but the third act? Friends, the third act deviates quite a bit (Kijimi lives?! Kylo talks to Han where?!? etc.)

Oh, that would have been wonderful, Cinefantasique, but no, Linda Ronstadt did not write songs for Star Wars.
