Joyce Beatty should call the Kennedy Center board's bluff and ask Judge Cooper to put the Center in bankruptcy, and the bankruptcy court should appoint Lonnie Bunch as the trustee. That would in effect protect the Center until an uncorrupt board can be appointed under a future administration.
