this has negatively affected my whole day. it's one thing if people just don't like stuff I like, or have different schedules or live somewhere far. but not including me in stuff I know they know I'd love and inconvenience myself to do sucks, it feels like it has to be that they don't like me.

getting a planner with an hourly layout helped me get over the inability to do anything else with my day when I have something later but I haven't found anything yet that helps with the "an incredibly disappointing/upsetting thing happened so now I can't do anything else today" issue
