If facial droop is from a stroke, it could explain bruising on Trump’s right hand—strokes can weaken coordination, making injuries more likely. Bell’s palsy only affects the face, so bruising would be unrelated. The combo of droop + bruises fits stroke risk factors more than Bell’s palsy.
