Wonderful day supporting the team from Architects of Air's Luminarium Arborealis in Staines. Fantastic art installation by sculptor Alan Parkinson where sunlight plays through coloured panels. Loved the wonder in children's & adults' eyes as they stepped inside. #Luminarium #Arborealis #Marvellous

Decided to take advantage of cooler spell brought by high cloud this morning to spend time dead-heading. I was rewarded with a visit by a spectacular hummingbird moth. Almost impossible to photograph, but I did manage to get video. Fascinatingly gorgeous! #Garden #UK #NorthSurrey #HummingbirdMoth

Squiggle is taking advantage of the fact that the birdbath water has evaporated in the searing heat. Luckily for the birds and the bees, there are plenty of other places in the garden to bathe or drink that Squiggle can't fit into. #Caturday

I often post photos of single blooms appearing in our garden. This might give the impression that we only have specimen plants dotted around. So today, I've taken pics to show how some of them look en masse and grouped with others. #GardenUK #CottageGarden #Perennials
