My father’s need to survive off protein bars (refuses to see an actual nutritionist for his UC) has been beneficial in trying new ones for free and they’re not all winners but sometimes I find protein bars I’ll actually eat as a sweet treat lol

Saw the chance of frost and asked my dad if any outside plants being brought onto the porch could be inspected for frogs before being brought inside so there’s no repeat of last year with me panicking as one hopped around the back porch 🙃🙃
