Who wouldn’t love this as an opening paragraph in a report: ..everybody cares deeply for all pupils to be safe, happy and successful…They get to know pupils well because they take the time to do so. Pupils appreciate this. They feel safe, valued, appreciated and respected here. #ProudHeadteacher

First 2 days of headship under my belt. Is there a better way to start a year than getting the staff to build their own ‘St Paul’s School’ out of Lego in teams? A brilliant start to the day and setting the tone for the year. Work can and should be fun especially when surrounded by a strong team!
