dude, it's genuinely wild. a few years ago i had a whole bunch of un'dx'd stuff that once all the meds started - it killed my food noise. it's been years of just.. never considering food. beforehand it was a constant like 'oh man if i don't snack i will die' vs now it's 'ugh i gotta eat again'
