Have a story publishing tomorrow that embraces and grapples with an apocalypse in a way that I know is hard for many readers in the current climate. But honestly, idk how to handle those feelings of dread without bleeding them onto the page. Can’t bottle it up, the catharsis is in the expression

The real sign of inflation isn’t the home heating oil prices jumping (although I cried when I looked that up with the first wave of cold mornings this week) It’s the great clips haircut coupons being 14.99. The way I planned my kids haircuts around those 7.99 coupons for yearssss.
