When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. We see what we expect to see. But when we shift our lens—when we change what we’re looking for—we open the door to transformation. That’s where the real work begins.

Change isn’t quick or easy, nor does it happen overnight. When you’re working to change systems, you have to be in it for the long haul. It’s hard, messy, and it takes A LOT of time. BUT, if we want to see transformation, we have to stick with it.
