Ok, I haven’t watched the Comet episode YET and even though I read it wasn’t that good, I still want to watch it so here’s some art! (I love it when they hold hands) #MoominValley #Snufmin #Springdove #Snufkin #Moomintroll

A drawing of Moomintroll (on the left) and Snufkin (on the right), both being illuminated by a red light in a yellow/brown background. Moomin looks at Snufkin with a concerned, scared expression, while Snufkin looks back at him with a concerned, yet peaceful expression.

A drawing following the former, showing both Moomin and Snufkin’s hands reaching gently for the other’s. The bright red light makes their appearance look darker (the same happens in the next drawing).

The final drawing. We can only see Moomin and Snufkin’s backs. They are holding hands and both looking at the origin of the red light, a bright yellow-ish sphere in the sky: the Comet.

Overall though, while this season wasn't my favorite overall, it did have its moments and I enjoyed watching it with my friends. I'm excited to see what they do with the movie (if they are making one) and I'm even more excited to see where the franchise goes from here. Toodles! #moominvalleyspoilers

As much as I wanted and would've loved canon Snufmin, I would've been fine with the writers at least keeping a similar level of subtext as they had previously. Instead it kinda felt like the show was keeping Snufkin away as much as possible so they wouldn't have to do it #moominvalleyspoilers

While I did enjoy watching many of the episodes this season, it still felt like something was off that kinda brought the experience down a bit. Also it would've been nice if they at the very least kept the same amount of Snufmin subtext that was in the previous seasons #moominvalleyspoilers

Although I will say!! Episode 10 was a really nice surprise. It gave me flashbacks to the Red Moon episode of 70s Moomin, and even if it wasn't intentional, it was nice to get at least a semblance of a reference to that series in a newer adaptation. #moominvalleyspoilers

Episode 6 of the new season is probably my least favorite episode of the whole series, and honestly I dunno if it's cause there was a new head writer this season or what, but the whole season just felt off in a lot of ways. #moominvalleyspoilers

Some of the characters felt like they had traveled backwards with their character development, both with relationships and overall arcs, which felt really weird. Joxter was great, but them building up a meeting between him and Snufkin and never doing it was just disappointing. #moominvalleyspoilers

Forgot to update y'all on my thoughts for #moominvalley season 4, so I might as well do it now, lol #moominvalleyspoilers Honestly the season felt pretty rushed, especially the finale. They cut out a lot of what made Comet in Moominland so good, and that's not even mentioning Snufmin. More in reply

[Repost] He finally arrived in Moominvalley! The Joxter!! ;A; ❤️ #art #moominvalley #moomins #joxter

Several colored sketches of the Joxter, character from the Moomins.

Top sketch is the Joxter with his arms crossed in front of his face, flushed and smiling, with pink hears floating around his head. Speech bubble reads: “What a remarkable lady.”

Second sketch is the Joxter with a hand over his face, a dark shadow cast over his wide eyes, looking perturbed. Speech bubble reads: “I’m having forebodings…”

Bottom sketch shows the Joxter with a mischievous smirk and a finger pressed to his left cheek. Speech bubble reads: “Because you’d locked the door.”

Full body sketch shows the Joxter standing with a hand inside his pocket and the other holding his lit pipe, with purple smoke oozing from it.
