If I stick both attempts together, we get one lovely clear run with no faults - that's how it works, right? 😂

Definitely got this for her and not for me so I could get the Pokémon cards (I had the juice)

"Merlin is making people stupid and losing field skill-" hey, how about shut up and be happy people are engaging with wildlife, my mum sent me these from Spain and is having a great time recording new bird species, she would never have bothered before

That's it for our first Pawsability show, one 3rd in jumping and a few Es, but she hit all the training targets I wanted her to do, thrived in the show environment, and had loads of fun. I'm so pleased with her, she tried SO hard 💕

She was running clear this morning but we were told to stop as the timer wasn't working 😭😭😭

World's tiredest puppy, Swedish Eurovision stream (I don't have iPlayer)

All 3 runs done for the day now. My handling errors in the last 2 led to 2 eliminations, but some REALLY cool stuff in both, and one sleepy dog (and human)

I've just bought stuff to keep her cool and she's sunbathing lol

So proud of Raven I could cry. Her first outdoor Kennel Club show, smashed the course apart from having to re-do the weave entry, just me to speed up now 😂 all our hard work is paying off 🥹

Not a bad bandaging job if I may say so myself. Foot first cleaned & soaked in an Epsom salt bath, then an antibacterial ointment put on foot & gauze, then wrapped in vetwrap

Chicken keeping updates: Phoenix has bumblefoot, Junco dreams of motherhood (she's never met a rooster) and Patty is laying eye-wateringly large eggs

This is nice - just re-caught this Dunnock in the garden, I first ringed her in November 2021

Lovely views of the Kilnsea Kentish Plover today - showed significantly better than my previous British one in Somerset!

Got this of a Red-tailed Hawk hunting Mexican Free-tailed Bats in Texas. Honestly kinda love the grain, makes it look like a still from an old gothic horror 😁

Really like this photo I got of a preening Barn Swallow. The evening light was just lovely! 😍

Migration is so good in South Wales 😍😍😍

She actually found another tennis ball and then left it in the woods. Good haul

It's the time of year where the bushes next to the tennis courts grow tennis balls! Let's hope for a bountiful harvest this year
