My son surprised me with an airline ticket for Thanksgiving. I get to spend 16 glorious days in sunny California. I’ll miss my SD grandkids but I’m so excited about visiting my happy place and spending time with my Cali grandkids. This is going to feel like therapy.

I recently had an appointment with my cardiologist. It was an annual checkup to say hi, I’m doing just fine and please refill my heart meds. My cardiologist recently moved from Sanford to North Central Heart. I like her so I chose to follow her. This was my first appointment since the move. 1/3
