What I am most concerned about for the run:
1. Any signal failure/disabled train
2. Having a delay on one of the green line extensions - have to wait it out
3. Heath st. inbound traffic, should be at like 730am
4. Segment 21 is bus 31, forest hills to mattapan. If delayed, could have to run 3 miles
