I have a theory that Tig Notoro was a last min fill-in that didn’t get any rehearsal time. It was pretty random and she seemed like a deer caught in the headlights. I’ve been in a show under those circumstances and it wasn’t pretty. Or maybe it was just my interpretation. 🤷🏻‍♂️

About 20 years ago during HMH, the French Market at Disneyland had a dish called Sally’s Seared Chicken. It was a vanilla chicken. It shouldn’t have worked. But it really did. Wish I could find the recipe.
