GAAAAH the anxiety of trying to market myself as a people pleaser, cause is my work worth asking money for?!?! Yes. But obviously that little voice sucks ;-;-;-;

At this point, I am better off starting my own gig than sitting around waiting for a company to lowball me

It sucked, and the job market is so much worse. I am either ‘too’ qualified that it makes me too expensive to hire, or they claim I am ‘under’ qualified to which means thy use AI to skim through resumes and they didn’t bother to look at mine.

I won an EMMY for directing for my news station, and I was fired before I could even return to work. Found out they are replacing the entire video production team with AI.

when I go into a manic state, I either reorganize my desk drawer or find a book with a wild story to keep my attention locked away from the mania

From elf to cat!! Robyn and Bethos for @livdrunk.bsky.social Here’s a Commission Refresh job of this old WoW artwork I made five years ago. This patron of mine has since joined many of us in the warm embrace of FFXIV and commissioned an update to reflect that <3 #ffxiv

Digital artwork of a couple of World of Warcraft characters tenderly sitting together in a patch of leafy plants. The lady is holding a bouquet of flowers and the gentleman is holding her waist from behind, they are both smiling at each other and clasping the other's hand lovingly.

The same artwork, except now the characters have changed to be Final Fantasy 14 miqo'te instead!
